Aren Hansen

Aren Hansen is a CSA-winning DGC Picture Editor and a graduate of the Canadian Film Center. With over 20 years experience and more than 100 credits across genres from sci-fi to comedy, he has edited projects like AMC’s Orphan Black Echoes, Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia, and Amazon’s Kids in the Hall.

A lifelong musician, Aren keeps a piano keyboard next to his computer, blending his two passions. He’s committed to mentorship, actively guiding the next generation of editors and assistants. When he’s not editing, you’ll find him on the basketball court with his kid or on his deck with a graphic novel.
